Secretary and treasurer are elected by the council for 4 years, the chairman is elected for 2 years. All these officials can be re-elected once. The Council should elect them one year before the retirement of the incumbent. The current officials have been elected for the first time in 2006 (the chairman), 2004 (the secretary), and 2001 (the treasurer).
